Received my test prints yesterday and overall am very pleased with the service. The colours are great - I don't think I was too far off with calibrating my monitor - phew!
The only issue I have is that there is what appears to be a scratch mark on the 6x4 and a white blob on one of the 7x5s. This is a little concerning especially if I order a huge batch for one client and then have to order replacements of one or two which will consequently hold up delivery to my client.
I'm hoping this is a one off as I'd very much like to continue using your services.

Dear Kate,
It is very rare that we have an issue with marked prints and even stranger that you have noticed two problems. I am quite sure this will not reoccur but if you put a note on your order I will have them checked before being sent out just to be sure.

Just received my first real order with yourselves and am very pleased - no evil marks in sight!
